3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide an accurate expectation of when your order will arrive, please note the two phases of our delivery process:
Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, production, and packaging.
Transit Time: 5–8 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your destination after it leaves our facility.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 11 Business Days.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.
6. Address Accuracy
