Refund and Returns policy

At Royal Professional, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • Approval Required: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

  • Information Needed: When contacting us, please provide your Order Number, Proof of Purchase, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, Royal Professional will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items (Reporting Window)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you prefer a direct exchange, we will ship the new item once the original is received, subject to stock availability.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the steps above.

8. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
